I keep client information for as long as needed to provide coaching services and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes, generally no longer than a few years unless a longer period is required by law. Newsletter contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, you're welcome to ask.

6. How I Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored using trusted third-party platforms that implement their own security measures to protect your data. I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
