Getting started
Is this the right fit for you?
What if I’m not sure whether coaching is right for me?

You don’t have to know before you book a free Connection Call.

The call is a chance for us to meet, talk about what’s going on for you, and see whether my approach feels like the right fit.

There’s no pressure to continue, and you don’t need to prepare anything for the call.

What if I don’t know what I need help with?

Sometimes that’s exactly when coaching can make the biggest difference.

Maybe you just feel that you want more from life, you feel stuck, constantly overwhelmed or stressed, disconnected from your own needs or dreams, or you notice yourself repeating the same unwanted patterns.

We can simply start there. Part of our work together is creating clarity around what’s really going on and what you actually need.

Do I need previous experience with coaching, nervous system work, or therapy?

No, not at all.

Every coaching journey is tailored to you, your needs, and what you want to work on. We discover things together along the way.

What kinds of topics can I bring to coaching sessions?

You can bring anything that feels relevant to you right now.

This could be relationships, boundaries, patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or hyper-independence, feeling stuck or lost, self-worth, difficulty trusting your intuition, repeating old patterns, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself.

You don’t need to have a specific topic or problem figured out — we can start exploring it together.

About the approach
How this work is different
Is this therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy are different forms of support.

My work is future-focused and centered around helping you understand yourself better, create more safety and awareness, and move toward the changes you want to make in your life.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.

What is nervous system-informed coaching?

In nervous system-informed coaching, we look at what you bring to the conversation through the lens of your nervous system.

You’ll become more aware of what is happening in your body, learn to recognize different nervous system states, and understand what your nervous system might be communicating to you (or need from you!).

From there, we explore tools and strategies that actually support your current situation — not just general ones — and help you move towards your desired outcome.

What’s the difference between nervous system-informed coaching and traditional coaching?

Traditional coaching often focuses on your goals, thoughts, behaviours, and the actions you can take to move forward.

With nervous system-informed coaching, we do all of this too — but we also look at how your nervous system responds to what you’re going through and what support it might need from you.

It adds another layer of awareness to the coaching process and helps you understand yourself on a deeper level.

Do we talk about my past or trauma?

We may explore past experiences when they are relevant to understanding your current patterns, but coaching is not trauma processing or therapy.

The focus of our work is on increasing awareness of what is happening for you in the present, exploring patterns that may be affecting you, and supporting you in moving forward.

If something comes up that is outside the scope of coaching, I will always prioritize your wellbeing and may recommend seeking appropriate support from a qualified mental health professional.

What to expect
What working together looks like
What happens during a coaching session?

We start with what’s taking up the most space in your mind that day and what you want to bring into the conversation.

This might be a situation, a recurring pattern, something you’re struggling with, or something you want to change.

Together, we’ll slow down, notice what’s happening, explore what might be underneath it, and then identify what could support you moving forward.

If it would feel supportive, we can also include grounding practices during the session, or I can share resources afterwards — but only if that’s something you’d like.

How do I know how many sessions I need?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Some people want support around a specific situation, while others want more time to work through deeper patterns and create lasting changes.

We can talk about what makes sense for you during the free 30-minute Connection Call.

What if I’ve tried coaching before and I didn’t find it useful?

That’s completely understandable.

Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all, and different approaches work for different people.

My approach isn’t about constantly pushing yourself to do more or simply changing your thoughts. We also pay attention to what’s happening in your body and nervous system, so we can understand what might be making certain changes difficult in the first place.

What if I’m nervous about opening up to a new person?

You’re always in charge of what you share, how much you share, and when you share it.

You don’t have to share everything straight away. I’m fully aware that building trust takes time.

My role is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to explore yourself at your own pace.

Common questions
When things feel stuck
What if I know what I should do, but I just can’t seem to do it?

This is actually one of the areas where nervous system-informed coaching can be really helpful.

Sometimes knowing what to do isn’t the same as feeling safe enough in your body to do it.

Instead of simply pushing yourself harder, we can explore what might be happening underneath the resistance and what your nervous system might be protecting you from.

From there, we can find a way forward that actually feels supportive and sustainable.

What if I’ve spent years trying to understand myself, but nothing seems to make the difference?

Then you’re not starting from zero.

You might already have a lot of self-awareness and understanding of why you do certain things.

Our work can be about going one step further: noticing what happens in your body in those moments, understanding the patterns underneath, and exploring what your system actually needs to create lasting change.

Because sometimes it’s not about understanding yourself enough. You might just need support to feel safe enough so that your system doesn’t keep you from the bigger life you so deserve.

What if I can’t afford your rates?

My biggest mission is to raise awareness of nervous system work and make it accessible to as many people as possible.

I truly believe everyone should have access to coaching and support when they need it — regardless of their background or financial situation.

If my regular rates don’t currently fit your financial situation, I offer a limited number of scholarship spaces. You can apply for a scholarship, and we can then look together at what might be possible for you.

If this is something you’re wondering about, please reach out.
